What services does Homescapes offer?
Homescapes specializes in custom landscape design, residential landscaping, hardscaping (including retaining walls, paver patios, outdoor kitchens, and pergolas), holiday lighting, and pressure washing.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Chattanooga, TN, and a 30-mile radius around Ooltewah, including Hixson, Soddy-Daisy, Signal Mountain, and other nearby communities.
What are your business hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Feel free to contact us during business hours to schedule a consultation or ask questions.
Design & Landscaping
Do you offer custom design services?
Yes! We offer fully custom design services, including 3D rendering and computer design. Brad Braswell, our founder, holds a B.S. degree in Ornamental Horticulture and Landscape Design from the University of Tennessee, ensuring professional and tailored design solutions.
Do you handle only residential projects?
Yes, we focus exclusively on residential landscaping projects. Our ideal clients are homeowners, including those with new construction properties.
Can you help with outdoor living spaces?

What hardscaping services do you offer?
Our hardscaping services include retaining wall installation, paver patios, walkways, outdoor kitchens, and pergola construction. We focus on durability, aesthetics, and functionality in every project.
Do you offer holiday lighting installation?
Yes, we provide professional holiday lighting services from September through December, helping you bring festive cheer to your home.
Is pressure washing available as a standalone service?
Yes, we offer pressure washing services to keep your outdoor spaces looking clean and well-maintained.

What is your process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an on-site consultation to discuss your goals and assess your property. We develop a custom landscape plan, considering site conditions, budget, and your vision. We then execute the plan with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
How do you price your services?
We do not offer a set price list as each project is unique. Pricing depends on the project scope, site conditions, design complexity, and materials used. We provide detailed estimates based on the landscape plan developed during the consultation.
